Cia. Müller de Bebidas has a technical area aimed to Permanent Quality Control, responsible for Research and Development activities.

This integration of quality parameters as an operational area and its incorporation as a process, is fundamental for the company to remain the holder of the ISO certificates already conquered.

In the spirits segment, the Company was the first to simultaneously hold ISO certifications 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), under audit by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, an international entity that grants ISO certificates.

ISO 9001 certifies that the company has quality management over the entire production chain to the final product, aiming at continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This takes on greater proportions when the institution starts to apply quality management throughout the process, such as product quality, work facilities, employee safety, compliance with current legislation, and customer satisfaction rather than focusing only on the production chain.

ISO 14001 certification guarantees Cia. Müler management associated with to the continuous improvement of the environment, ranging from selective garbage collection to recycling and/or selling materials to be reused or processed in other products.
